Whether you want a simple catered drop off or a fully serviced event, Hells Canyon Grand Catering is the ideal choice for delicious Idaho inspired meals. Choose between catering drop off , limited service or full service.

DROP

OFF

A simple drop off with single use serve ware. Single-use utensils and plates included.
Order Minimum: 20 people, $18 per person.
Travel Fees: $100 delivery fee + mileage fees for locations over 10 miles away.
Other Fees: 15% Service Charge, 2% CC processing fee, 6% sales Tax. No gratuity.

LIMITED

SERVICE

Available on buffets only.
A buffet drop-off with buffet attendants present (2 attendents per 30 people). Single-use utensils and plates included. Buffet clean-up included.
Order Minimum: 30 people, $22 per person.
Travel Fees: Waived
Other Fees: 18% Service Charge, 2% CC processing Fee, 6% Sales Tax, 15% Gratuity Fee which goes straight to staff
Upgrade Available: Add on a server which includes China, glassware, flatware and water service. A server is $20 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours. Servers will buss tables.
Not Included: Linens, napkins, tables, chairs, chair covers

FULL

SERVICE

Available with plated or buffet meals.
A full Service catering setup with hard sets: tables, chairs, linens, napkins, china, glassware, flatware, and chair covers. Includes buffet attendents and /or servers.
Order Minimum: 30 people, $22 per person.
Travel Fees: Waived
Server Fee: $25 per hour for buffet or $30 per hour for plated event, minimum 4 hours. 1 server per 30 guests
Chef Fee: Required for carving or action station, $100
Linen Fees: Linens, napkins and chair covers rental fees from linen company will be passed onto client++
Other Fees: 18% Service Charge, 2% CC processing Fee, 6% Sales Tax, 15% Gratuity Fee which goes straight to staff.
